From May 24 to 25, 2>♦×↔014, sponsored by Jiangsu Nann✘≈ong High-tech Co., LTD., co-organized by Jian<βπgxi Ke Animal Husbandry C₹Ω™hain Management Co., LTD., "Beautiful Animal Hus↕☆₽bandry in Action - Scientifi€←↔c use of seedlings, cost reduction and±© efficiency, and Overcome∏→ difficulties" Jiangxi∏‍ large-scale Pig Farm Efficiency M€♠©φanagement high-level Forum was successfully held€γ in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. More than δ₽200 representatives ∏¶from pig farms in Ji× angxi Province attended the meeting, including♦♠≥≠ He Hairong, general manager of Jiang‌ε∞↕su Nannong High-tech Co←≠., LTD., and Xiao Cheng, £₽€✔deputy general manager of sales€ε$.

"Establish the correc"∑σt concept of disease prevention and control♠§$, take comprehensive disease preve≤±♦ntion and control measures, scient‌&ific and rational use of vaccines",♥  General manager He Hairong pointed out✘< in the report of "New technol←δ¶ogy, heart service, new₹α♥Ω benchmarking - into Nanong High-tech" that t♦≥he prevention and con✔φσtrol of disease needs to respect ♠≠science and establish the cor♠♠Ω★rect concept of prevention and control. Theδ ₹refore, we must scientifically evalu€÷γate the comprehensive≈  role of pig farm introduction, ≥∞☆βfeeding management, environmental control, '∏biosafety prevention and other measures as well a¥‍Ωs feed, vaccines, drugs, ±Ω'"disinfectants, health products andδ¶≈ other inputs in disease prevention and control,£'₩ and cannot emphasize t>"≥he role of one side and ignore t<™™he role of other links. At present, t•he situation of prevention and control of ‍÷pig diseases is complicated.←₽₽§ Circovirus is commonly carried in pigs, and theε₩ phenomenon of sub-health infect σ♦•ion is very serious, which not only affects th‌ e production performance but ×₽β♠also causes serious immune suppres‌≈sion and affects the immune effe↓'ct of other vaccines. λαThe mutation of blue® ↓♦ ear virus and pseudorabies virus mad✘ε‌e the clinical manifestations of blue ear virus a∞✘"nd pseudorabies in pigs × ↕diverse, and the wild viral load oδ&♥f immune pigs continued¶δ to increase, and the incidence increased. D•¶₩iarrheal disease is no ©×longer confined to local epidemics, but has "α✘become an important killer ofΩ₽ swine herds worldwide, and there is ≤β←&no targeted vaccine on the market. D¥ ue to the unstable content of v÷ accine antigen and the condition of multi-≠←pathogen infection in pigs≠♠>, the positive rate of protective£$ antibody after immunizing swine✔⧮ swine fever vaccine was uneven, and some  ©times immune failure occurred. In view of s← uch a complex epidemic situation, pig farms↕₽¥§ of different sizes should co₩α★÷rrectly understand the role that various elemen✔"βts of epidemic control can § ÷≠play, select high-quality aδα≤πnd reliable vaccines from regul>π‌•ar sales channels, and f∏&•©ormulate practical and feasib& ↑le comprehensive epidemic prevention and co¥¶₹∑ntrol measures according to their ♣$₩own conditions.

In view of the current prevention ×π✔and control of pig dΩ↓→≠iseases, the experts at the meeting made ™ wonderful reports from the epidemic☆♦ situation, prevention and control‍♣ technology, vaccine selection, pig farm man↑&agement and other aspects. ¥¥✔Professor Jiang Ping of Nanjing Agricultur©₽al University pointed out in the report o₽÷f "Research Progress on♦•₩ Epidemic Dynamics and Prevention and ¥♣₩Control Technology o☆₽f four hot pig diseases" t→↑ hat "pay attention t‍‌‍o respiratory diseases, scientific and♣>πλ rational use of seedlings and drugs, less≥£↑ death is better than more n₽∞εδutrition", aiming at the epidemic status and la♣$∞test prevention and control technology of fo✔λ®↔ur diseases such as pig bש↕lue ear disease, porcine circovirus disease, p↓★ ≥seudorabies and porcine e≤ε∞pidemic diarrhea.

The current epidemic status of pig blue ear dis '≠ease: 1. It is still the most important di¥♣"§sease in the world. 2<↕, the types of clinic'☆al manifestations are complex, PRDC ✘→★is the majority; 3. Virus mutation is acceler£±‍ating and new strains are forming; 5, the hi§♠☆gh pathogenicity and the traditional type gradα ↕ually approaching; 6. It is easi♠γly confused with newly emerged pse"≤≈←udorabies.

The clinical manifestations of blue ear  $♥disease are complex. In 2013, Profess→γor Jiang Ping's laboratory test"¶ed 4124 serum samples, the a★ ©λntibody positive rate was 77.45%,✘ § and 244 samples were tested✘₽♦÷, the virus positive rate was 37.87%, and a n↕→'↑ew strain with GP3 gene deletion appeared.

In view of the above epidemic situatio$±©×n of blue ear disease of pigεs, Professor Jiang Ping proposed ♣σ±the following prevention and control stra∞πtegies:
1. Adopt comprehensive<↕ prevention and control strategies such as∑‌ biosafety management, feeding  ♥management, drug and vaccine preventio÷>n and control of environmental facto☆♥<rs;
2. Different pig farms choose the>↓₽ ir own prevention and control techno‍ logies, among which biosafety control technol☆→↔ogy, new feeding mode, drug preveγ✔ntion and health care are common technologies. ¥ Vaccine immunization technology and closed colon‌ y purification technol£≠ogy are adopted in lateΩ nt infection fields and unstable fields.
3, vaccine immunization is still one ¶'σof the important means of blue ear>™<  disease prevention and control, in the selec'  tion of vaccines need t♣ o pay attention to the following ±®points:
(1) The type of vaccine was consi☆βstent with the incidence in pig farms. Sel'₹αect the vaccine according to the epidemic situ∑π"ation and master the correct immunization‌φ program;
(2) Strengthen the monβ♠®itoring of blue ear disease ✔★variation, timely un≤•>derstand the virus inf×&$ection status of pig farms, and§÷↔ adjust vaccines and immu→‌© nization methods;
(3) Sub-healthy pig grou >ps, as far as possible to choose low-v©π±γirulence strains of vaccine;
(4) Sows strengthen immun £₩ity Targeted vaccines can effectivel↕‍‌♥y raise antibody levels to reduce♠★>γ viremia is particularly importanαε↕t.

Current epidemic status of por☆&cine circovirus disease:
1. Sub-health infection is very common ✘↓, affecting the production level of pig he™×φ‍rds;
2. PCV2b and PCV2 co-infection increa♠←•sed;
3, the age of onset was delayed, frααom 45~85 days to 70~140 days, ε>☆and the pathological changes appeaΩ>red pulmonary edema type; 4, PCV2  '☆immunosuppression probπ♥lem is serious, bacterial secondary infection is ←★¶∑more.

For the prevention and control ≤•∞₩of porcine circovirus disease, Professor Jiang ☆♦φ®Ping pointed out that effective immun÷✘∏λization is the most effective means to preve€$&nt and control porcine circovirus d♠∞isease. Professor Jiang®×   proposed a 20-point comprehensive prevention aδβ↕nd control plan and suggested the ↑≠immunization procedure:
Piglets: 2 to 3 weeks old, 1 ml/head, immunized♦  at intervals of 2 to 3 ★&®weeks or immunized once at 2 tλ"o 5 weeks old, 2 ml/head;
Interparous sows: 5 ←φto 6 weeks before delivery, 2 ml/head, 3 weσ∞→✘eks interval to strengthen immunity;
Gilts: Immunized 2 times bef¶★‌γore breeding, 2 ml each time, 3 weeks apart.

Professor Huang Yumao of South China Agricult' ural University made a₽∏♦® "Reasonable selection and co ™≠<mprehensive prevention and control of blu★ φe ear disease vaccine", he pointed out₹↑® that the current epidemic characterπδ©σistics of blue ear disease: 1. Most pi♠★g farms have been immunized or infected<Ω± , and the clinical characteristics are not obv εα∞ious, manifested as abortion and stillbirth±€₩≤ of breeding pigs; 2. π↕Sows were infected with bacteria and  ≥λ died from improper t ®•reatment; 3, the delivery room diarrh♣∞>ea, joint swelling and nursery streptococcuγ↑•s suis, respiratory diseases increased, the ov♦'™erall pig population disease ±©♦αresistance is low, dif¶"↔✘ficult to keep; 4. Typical blue αα≥ear disease occurs in large pigs in i €≠ndividual herds. 5, multi-strain distributiβ÷≈on, and constantly emergiβ∑ ng new strains. Professor Huang b♠ 'elieves that using atten≠≠uated vaccine to control blue e≠£✘ ar disease is the most ÷¥σ→economical and simple means at present. The nσ♥'£ew strategies for the prevention an☆×d control of blue ear disease are÷±δ as follows: 1. Develop vaccines with hi↑₹÷gh safety, short detoxification time and good ☆↕‌♦immunogenicity; 2, the application of reason₩ able immune procedureγ∏←s - the key is to ensure that the pig populat&ion has immune protection without live viru‍∞♠s (including vaccine virus); 3★÷×±, the invention and application of♣£γ§ safe broad spectrum antibacterial drugs or a↕'dditives that do not kill lactic aciπ↕d bacteria; 4. Biosafety, encloδ✔sure structure and production process reengi∑ →→neering.

Ge Junzhen, founder of veterinary medi♦¥cine technology marketing mod£λel and general manager of Shijiazhuang Huajun Ani ₽₹φmal Pharmaceutical Company, made ♥∏a report of "large-scale farm management thinki$≠ng", which was launched from three aspects: t‍ <he problems that breeding enterprises mΩ‍ ust think about, the managemen™♣✔t problems in current breeding enterprises,&•≈ and the construction of breeding enterprise•↓₹> management system. The curren∏→α₩t aquaculture industry has the follo€±wing misunderstanding>βs: 1, pay attention to dis≠&ease treatment, neglecα≈™ t feeding management; 2, a"σ↓☆ttach importance to breeding teΩ♦‍chnology, ignore the sense of responsibi↓≈lity; 3, exaggerate external factors, ignore int&↑×βernal factors; 4, breeding d×β×epends on treatment, mak≠€Ωing money depends on the market.

General manager Ge Junzhen poinλ¥γted out that the core of enterpris>± e management is the m∞φσanagement of people, and the core o♠αf the management of people is to make the best÷★♣← efforts to mobilize the enthusiasm ≠ '£of "people", that is, the "responsibilit★✘ y" of the employees who can be mobilized  ≥ in the enterprise. For breeding '★enterprises, under the restrictive conditions, th✘→↓₽e satisfaction of "interests" of emp♦©☆loyees is to mobilize the enthusiaγ ∞★sm of employees. The most important and one φ₹>of the most effective means to improve ∑π∞γthe "sense of responsibi•φlity" of employees! Iσ<✔n the construction of farming enterpσ>±rise management system, Ge put forward 4335 δ✔Ω<farming enterprise management system, 1, four man∑♠agement concepts: personne♣'♠l management is the c✔σ÷¥ore, technical standards are the foundation,↓𧣠system construction is the guarantαee, incentive system←σ♦ is the driving force; 2, three management pαβ•$rinciples: step by step management princ←≤iple, process control principle, the pr'φβλinciple of combining'♦  responsibilities and rβ↓ights; 3, three major changes in $ thinking: from "profession¥al technology" to "enterprise management", from ★•"animal" to "employee">™, from "personal hero" to "standard‍≈ized management system"; 4, five manag ∞☆ement problems: emph≥φλβasis on results, light process; Standards and "β<₩methods do not match€‌≠; The decision-making mπ→★echanism is not clear‌•₩σ; The incentive system is∏< not scientific; Lack of talent managementδ$™ system.

The theme of "Scientific use of se'↓©εedlings, cost reduct♠↑α ion and efficiency increase, Overcome difficult"♠©ies together" has been highly recognized a✔↕<nd positively responded ₩σby the majority of pα≠&♦articipants. Particip€÷©Ωating farmers have said that disease control, co&✘'st reduction, and impr±>β'ovement of pig efficiency can b♥✘ e gradually realized by breeding enterprisesσ✘ based on their own actual c™♥×→onditions. Under the current breeding sit>§uation, it is essential to strengthen  π&✔their own strength to deal with risks!
