2012 Annual General Meeting

On May 4, 2013, Jiangsu Nannong High-$ <>tech Co., Ltd. held the 2012 annua☆§l general meeting of sh≈♦"areholders, the Board of ♣±™supervisors and the first meeting of the fourth♠♥" board of directors. A total of 11 sharehπ ♠olders and authorized representatives attended th♣≥e meeting, representing 100% ↔×γ≥of the shares. The company's sα&₹upervisors and senio↔φ≈€r managers attended the meeting as non-voting de♦♠☆εlegates.

The meeting reviewed and≈↔ passed the motions o§&∞♣f the company's board of directors, the ≤"company's Board of superviλ​♣☆sors, and the "Amendments to the arti☆✔cles of Association of Jiangsu Nannong High-tech→"€♣ Co., LTD.";
