Animal husbandry and veterinary (agrγ ♠iculture, animal husbandry♠​₽<, agriculture) offices (bureaus, comm✔•✔×issions, offices) of the relevant provinces, auto♠™>nomous regions and municipalities:

Recently, the public security org≠​"ans successfully detected the case of≠β≤ Jiangxi Hailian Animal Pβ&σharmaceutical Co., Ltd. suspected of producing a♠±​γnd selling fake veterinary dru$><gs. It was found that Jiangxi Hailian Animal Ph↔ ¥armaceutical Co., Ltd. changed the quality≥‌δ standards of veterinary drugs wi↑¥↔♠thout authorization, and prod↔ uced and sold products that illeg→<∑♦ally added other drug ingredients. The fa®®&•ke veterinary drugs produc↔©ed by the company were also sold in Zhejiang•±§, Anhui, Beijing, Hubei, "≤&$Hunan, Fujian, Guangdoλ<₩ng, Guangxi, Sichuan, Hebei, Henan, Lia∑"✔↓oning, Shandong, Hainan, Shaanxi, Shanxi>β₽, Jiangsu, Guizhou, Heilo‍δ←↕ngjiang and Jilin provinces, in additφ✘ion to Jiangxi Province. W​§e hereby send you the list of 28 var∞↕→ieties of counterfeit dru©→gs such as "severe disease Eliminat÷← ion" produced by Jiangxiσ₹±ε Hailian Animal Pharmaceutical Co.,  ​αLTD., and inform you of the rel↑•evant investigation requirements asγ$★ follows.

1. The competent animal ↔±husbandry and veterinary departments©® of the relevant provinces (autonomous reg§'¥ions and municipalities) are requested to immedia"φtely organize the units operating and u→ ​sing veterinary drugs within ¶↕★ their jurisdiction to ↓§conduct a careful inventory of the produ&↔¶♣cts listed in this notice, and once found, inv× ≠★estigate and supervise the destructio↕↓n of the products accord∏'φing to law.

(2) If it is found thaΩ↕ ₹t the fake veterinary drugs list♦↔ed in this notice are continued to be us₹×♥₹ed, the local animal husbandry and veterinary aελ¶♦uthorities shall seriously investigate and ₽★÷deal with them, and ↔≈∏$strictly deal with them accordi™σ÷εng to law.

Third, the local animal husb σandry and veterinary autho☆ ↔rities should take practical and effectiveβ$" measures to further st®≠rengthen the supervision of ★£the production of veterinary dru•™gs, increase the investigation of the pr↑φ∑×oduction and sale of fa≠★ke and inferior veterinary drugs enterpris¶φ♦ es and underground "black dens§ε", especially to increase t​αhe investigation and•≠∏ punishment of illegal acts such as unauthorize☆↑©✘d changes in prescriptions and illegal additionσ•© of banned veterinary drugs, and contr∑ ol the quality and safety of v€×eterinary drugs from the sour&₹•₽ce. It is necessary to further strengthen theγ☆φ law enforcement inspectio→↔n of veterinary drug trading links, φ$standardize the busin"→≥φess activities of vet ↕erinary drug tradingΩ&γ enterprises, strictly im☆≠δ plement the provisions of v ↕♦eterinary drug GSP, and severely crack down on i♦₹& llegal activities such as the produ​≤ "ction and sale of counterfeit and ™​↑inferior veterinary drugs. It is necessary∑♥ ≥ to strengthen cooperation with t↓∞©©he public security organs, and for major casΩ♠≥es with obvious clues and clear facts, it is n¶φecessary to promptly consult the public Ω&δ security organs to intervene in advance to ensu±♠→♥re the effective investigation and pu≠™<γnishment of the case.

The relevant provincial (autonomous re↑₽δgion, city) animal husbandry and₹™ veterinary authorities shall promptly report th✘®λe investigation and iα♥÷σnvestigation work and results to th☆←e veterinary bureau of our ± Ministry.
