The reporter learned from the Ministry of Agricuσ→↓<lture that in the first ha→₽✘'lf of this year, the Ministry of Agriculture seri•λ¥$ously fulfilled its respons♠¶ibility to take the l∑↓✔ead in combating counterfeiting of agric≥±λultural materials, actively organi≈™π∏zed special management acti'∏δvities to combat counterfeiting of agric♠®Ωultural materials, severely cracked d♠↓§own on the production and sale of fake and "&¶poor agricultural materials, purifi¥✘÷ed the agricultural materials mark↕↔et, and provided a strong guarantee ♦★✔∏for seizing the annual grainβαδ₹ harvest, promoting far'≠™¥mers' income, and ensuring the quality and safetφδ∑'y of agricultural products. According to sta ✔tistics, in the first half ×"←of the year, the nationalγ♠ agricultural system dispatched 500,000 la ≈w enforcement personnel, inspecte$₽¶d 258,000 agricultural materials enterpriπ♥§§ses, rectified 57,000 σλ¶☆agricultural materials¥₽← markets, seized more tha↕εn 7,000 tons of fake and inferior agricultural ¥∞₹materials, with a valu•₽₽e of more than 60 million yuan, and sav≥∑'ed direct economic losses of 20♣←0 million yuan for farmers.
In order to deter lawbreake<↔↔rs, the Ministry of Agriculture today announcσ¶ed 9 typical cases of ₹π<÷fake and inferior agricultural m'€σ₩aterials investigated and dealt ₽'λ with by the national agricultε♠γural system in the first₹ε≥ half of 2013, including 4 cases of pesti☆©∏cides, 2 cases of seeds, an♠d 1 cases of veterinary medicine, fertili→φ→zer, and feed.
1. Jiangxi Hailian Animal Pharmaceutic♥✔↕εal Co., Ltd. produced fake >γ≠veterinary drugs. In February 2♥ 013, the agricultural depart↕✘'ment of Haiyan County, Zhejiang Provinceβσ™, found four consecutive cases of "clenbu™¥terol" -like substance Clor≈¶β®prenaline in pig urine samples ≤'δduring pre-slaughter quarantine a✔¥©✔nd supervision and in"×★☆spection. All breeding households reported using∞ ' 30% Temicosin injection♥÷™ and flufenicol injection sold by Xiaojiang♦ Veterinary Medicine Business Deφγ™→partment in Xitangqiao TΩ≥£own, Haiyan County. After investigation, t↑¥he two injections wer¥σ∞←e produced by Jiangxi Ha₩ε®ilian Animal Pharmaceutical ∑'Co., LTD., and the content of ↑↓Cloprenaline detected αλwas 1000mg/kg and 13.2mg/kg r♠↕↕αespectively. Since 2011, the com€®"pany's illegal production and ±↑sales have reached more tha∞¥¥≈n 20 million yuan. At present, the case has b×een transferred to t→♦ he public security organs for investigation, ∑≈and seven suspects of the company have bee÷ ∏n criminally detained.
2. Shijiazhuang Weiqi Indust• ↑ry and Trade Co., Ltd. o&₩™f Hebei Province produced pyrazolium eth±π♣er pesticide without a license. In June ↕λ 2013, the Agricultural Comprehensive Law EnfΩ ¶orcement Brigade of Jinzhou City, Hebei Provinα♥εδce, according to the clues provided by the munic"γ↕ipal public securityσ✔ organs, inspected the production workshop of Shi←™•jiazhuang Weiqi Industry and Trade Co., LTD.αλ (hereinafter referred to as Weiqi Company) accor♦✘ding to law, and conducte±$"d sampling inspection÷♣<→ of 35 barrels (25kg/ barrel) o♦£"f products nominal "B2" and registered ₽σand stored the evidence. The test confirmed γγthat the item was "9γ♦☆7.1% pyrazolesterin" pesticide. After verificatioδ"•↑n, the registered manufacture♠<"r of the pesticide is currently∏♦ only BASF Europe. Wei Qi company for unliσδ↑censed production, the value of pesδ∏"ticides involved in up to 3.5 mα∑illion yuan. At prese<≠>"nt, the case has been transferred to the public↑σγ security organs for investigation.
3. Case of unlicensed pesticide production of H£±σainan Lizhi Biological Engineering Co.,♥∑≥♥ LTD. On February 5, 2013, the↑♣• Sanya Municipal Agricultural Bureau found in the±←π★ market inspection that Haina☆♣n Lizhi Biological Engineering Co.,§σ Ltd. was suspected ✔←of producing Aothistle 10% acetamidine ↑∞water emulsion without a license. Af∏÷•>ter investigation, the p₽♣±esticide registration number of the pro$¶duct is LS20090632, whi♣€≤Ωch has expired on Marchφγ≤♣ 23, 2012, and has not been renewe♦≈♣£d, nor has the official reg↓ ׶istration certificat$®®βe of pesticides, but the ββ≠φcompany's production records show ™↕₽that it continues to use the registration ↓'↔σnumber after March 23, 2012 to i÷δllegally produce 10% acetanilidi★£πne water emulsion products, t≥<∞™he amount of more than 700,000 yuan. δ$ At present, the case ha' ∑≠s been transferred to the publiβ≈☆c security organs for i↔↓ nvestigation.
4. Case of producing and se ∏lling fake pesticides of Hefei Yin∑₩¶₹ong Chemical Co., LTD. In March 2013, CCT¶™σV reported that a pesticide company in Huarui Z÷₩iguyuan Community, Sa☆™nquan Road, Zhengzhou City, was s$₩→uspected of producing★✔↔ and selling fake pesticides≥β↔$. After investigation, the registe₽©↑σred name of the company is "Hefei Yi® ♥nnong Chemical Co., LTD.", ZhenΩΩgzhou Municipal Agric'§φultural Commission and Public Sλ®ecurity Bureau seizedδ≈φ✔ a total of 129 pesticide produ←§★ cts of 6 varieties of 6 fake enterprises in≈→'☆ the company's Zhengzhou war"♣βehouse, more than 2, ∑÷∏000 suspected counterfeit product labels of $""other enterprises, involving more than 200,0"∞00 yuan. At present, the r λ<♣elevant personnel of the company have b∞∏een examined and prosecuted.
5. Dong Jie sold fake and inferior "Jetta ✘₹>brand" 41% glyphosate γ↕isopropylamine salt water pesticide ca★ se. In the spring of 2013, during the anti-∏¶counterfeiting work of agricultura↕∞<₹l materials, The Agri✔•αcultural Bureau of Xi☆&shui County in Hubei Province extracted two sa'≈mples of 41% glyphosate isopropy ♥β€l amine salt water agent (glyph★♠&&osate content should be 30%) produced by Zhe≠σλjiang Deqing Banghua Chemical Co., LTD. (the spγ"φσecifications were 200ml/ ₩↔≤↕bottle, 1000ml/ bottle) in La™αocourt Road, plant protection station. T≠ he content of glyphosate isopropylamine sal ↓±§t is zero, and the content of glyphosa¶✔↕↕te is 9.6% and 7.5%, re♥©spectively (the standard requi∏Ω'rement is 28.9-33.4%).↓Ω According to the investiga★✔tion, the products invo♦←lved were sold by Doδ'↑↕ng Jie (who claimed to beγ≤ a salesman of Zhejiang Deqing Banghua Chemical C∏®"<o., LTD.), and there were 500 ∏↑pieces of 41% glyphosate↓∑π isopropylamine salt water agent of ♦✔γ≠two specifications, with a value of 81,0 <¥00 yuan. At present, the cas★↔δ€e has been transferred to the public securi<↓≈ty organs for investigation.
6. Case of Zhang Siyin, Yan Chaolei and Meng ✔↑£×Jie producing fake and inferi or cotton seeds. On April 27, 201÷€2, Hubei Provincial Department of Agriculture ≤™©★received a report fro©×↕♥m Hubei Wusan Seed Industry Co.Ω✘ε, LTD., saying that the company com✘§missioned Zhang Siyin, Yan Zhaolei and Meng JieΩ€>✘ of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, to produce c♦₹otton seeds in 2010, resulting in serious p±÷roduction cuts for f★∑armers. After investigation, the thre¶Ω₽♠e persons jointly with the inte♠±rnal personnel of Wusan Seed★"∏ Industry Co., Ltd. will ★↔π>be commissioned to p≤©roduce "Xiangnong miscε♣★φellaneous cotton 68" and "Gan Miscellaneou♣≠'♥s cotton No.3" cotton ★☆♦seed exchange into 113,000 kilograms of fake hai✔≠r seeds, to Wusan seed Industry Co←≤®., Ltd. processed into 80,854 kilo≥∑grams of fine seeds, and sold to Huδ¥<bei, Hunan, Anhui, Jiangxi and other p>∏rovinces 42,854 kilograms. After fie♠∏≈ld quality identification×δ✔", the mixed samples an↑←← d household samples of th₹γεe inspected field did not meet t∑€€©he characteristics of the "Xiangnong mixed cot✘★ton 68" examination, nor did they meet theΩ≥® prescribed purity sta↔↓ndards, and the economic loss of farmers ≠≠reached 41.64 million yuan. At prese§δnt, the case has been transferred to the pub₩↔φlic security organs for inve≤↔♠Ωstigation, 4 suspects were arrested✘∑¶, 1 person was chased onlδine, the case will be '↑transferred to the procuratorate for pros≥∞ecution.
7. Guangdong Lianzhou Mingfeng A$•gricultural Products DevelopmeΩ≈nt Co., Ltd. sold inferior "♥&±seeds case. On September™ 13, 2012, the Xinxing Star vegetable coopera$$tive in Huaihua County, Hunan Province re↕β£ported that it purchased the American goldεδ€∑ series corn seeds operated∞¥&φ by Guangdong Lianzhou Mingfeng Agricultu♠¥ ral Products Development Co., LTD., which r↓☆esulted in the total loss of 240 ε↕✘acres of corn after planting, and the rγ∏esult of the production was a loss of 1,500€≈δ kilograms per acre, wi↑×th a total economic loss ↓λof 622,600 yuan. After testin♣↓₹♠g, the germination rate of the co→"×rn seed was only 16%, which w♦"×as judged to be inferior seed. At present, the •♣case has been transferred to the pub≤ lic security organs for investigation.
8. Case of unqualified fertilizer sales♠§ in agricultural supplies store of Xig↕λπutou Village Supply and marketing ♠♦γλcooperative, Nanwu Vill"age, Jizhou City, Heb★§ ei Province. In May 2013,'"↕ the agricultural administ≠γγβrative comprehensive law enforcement brig÷♦←ade of Jizhou City, Hebei Province, accord∑≈£ing to the masses' reports, investi₹₩φ£gated the case of unqualifie¶≠d fertilizer sales at the agricultural supα♠plies store of Xigutou →®∑Village supply and marketing commun ity in Nanwu Village←β according to law. Af✘¥ter investigation, the store sold ferti↕∏↕↓lizer nominal Jiaxing fertilizer (Yantai) Co.α ∏ , Ltd. production of 45% compound fertilizer and σ≤✘Denong fertilizer (Yantai)±♦ Co., Ltd. production of 51% potassium sulfate co$↕mpound fertilizer, a total of ↑300 tons, mainly sold to n✔∏₩ine villages in Nanwu village, in ≥↕♣volving 324 households, 412π♥→&5.5 acres of farmlandλ •. After testing, the content of n÷¥itrogen, phosphorus and potassium in 3 ₹★¥€samples of the two fertilizers was ser≠↑iously insufficient, and the chloride ion∏•& content of 51% potassium su≤•¶lfate compound fertilizer wa•↕s 24.4% (the standard value should not ✘×be greater than 3%). The public s¶βecurity organs confirmeπ'd that the fertilizer products involved were ¥↑↓produced by a private workshop in ¥★Ningjin County, Xingtai City. ε☆At present, the workshop has been sealed up,♥"× the property has been frozen, and t <וhe public security organs are arresting the÷♦≥ fugitive responsible personnel.
9. Jiangsu Lianyungang Xinglian₽γ¶≥ Feed Co., Ltd. produces and operatΩσε$es feed without production license. In 2013, t↔≤ he Lianyungang Agriculturalσ♦£≤ Administrative law Enfor€ ≠cement Branch received complaints from f✔★σ★reshwater fish farmers in Ganyu County, saying≤'δ± that after using the "matured carp compoun∏γd feed" produced and operated by Lianyungang Xi§π≈nglian Feed Co., LTD., proαduction was reduced. After investiga₽ tion, the feed product did not¥>©♦ obtain a production license, and the sales amou≠♥γσnt reached 424,186 million yuan. At present, the ≠case has been transfeελ ÷rred to the public securi♥₽↓ty organs for investigation.
